Welcome

Welcome to my digital garden. I'm planing to share my thoughts and ideas here. I'm not sure how often I'll update this site, but here we are.

Even though I don't want to use this site 100% as a canonical digital garden, I'd like to take some of the things that are the most appealing to me of this concept, and apply them here. There's one thing that I'm interested in particular about the 'digital garden' concept. Maggie Appleton does a way better job than me explaining it:

A garden is a collection of evolving ideas that aren't strictly organised by their publication date. They're inherently exploratory – notes are linked through contextual associations. They aren't refined or complete - notes are published as half-finished thoughts that will grow and evolve over time. They're less rigid, less performative, and less perfect than the personal websites we're used to seeing. [...] Gardens are imperfect by design. They don't hide their rough edges or claim to be a permanent source of truth.

To start off in the right mood, this welcome page and the design of this page is rough, unpolished, and a work in progress that I'd like to evolve over time. But you know what, I'm completely fine with that.
